Alan Jackson Lights Up the ACM Awards Stage with Performance of “Remember When”
On Thursday, May 8, the 2025 ACM Awards took place in Frisco, Texas, at the Ford Center, bringing together country music stars and legends to celebrate one of the biggest nights in the genre. Artists were honored for their achievements over the past year, with many well-deserving winners taking home awards.
In addition to the awards, the evening was filled with incredible performances, and one that stole the spotlight was by country icon Alan Jackson. The legendary artist made a memorable return to the ACM stage, delivering an emotional rendition of his hit song “Remember When.”
Jackson, a familiar face at the ACM Awards, has an extensive history with the event. He co-hosted the 29th annual ACM Awards in 1994 alongside Reba McEntire and has had many unforgettable moments at the ceremony. In fact, one of his most talked-about moments was when he subtly protested the event during one of his performances. Despite this, his relationship with the ACMs remained strong, and just last year, he was honored with the ACM Poets Award at the ACM Honors ceremony.
